Michele knows and understands that one of the most important aspects of customer service is addressing the needs of clients efficiently and effectively by being in constant communication. Her diverse work experience and career paths have helped shaped the type of real estate agent she strives to be.
Before Michele began her career in real estate, she was a high school volleyball coach and a middle school Language Arts teacher. Her years in the classroom and on the volleyball court have given her a 'can do' attitude, along with a competitive drive. Michele understands that being able to effectively communicate is a huge component to success with clients, and she works to listen to her clients' needs and wants, as well as their fears and expectations.
Michele always takes her organization and time management very seriously when working with clients. She understands that her clients’ time is valuable and that they deserve to have an agent who understands the importance of it. Michele takes pride in accomplishing each goal on time and providing her clients with the best service possible.
Aside from being a real estate agent, Michele is also a proud mom to her two boys, Jack and Brady, and wife to her firefighter husband, Glenn. She is very involved in her boys' school and sports activities, and works to balance the needs of her family as well as her clients. Her excellent time management and organization skills are the most vital tools in her business.
Michele truly enjoys her career in real estate and helping families find the home of their dreams. She understands the struggles of managing everyday tasks and tries to make the process as stress-free as possible. She looks forward to working with each and every client and making them feel like they are her only client!
